兰菌净联合多种微量元素防治小儿反复呼吸道感染对血清T免疫细胞亚群水平的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨兰菌净联合多种微量元素防治小儿反复呼吸道感染对患儿T免疫细胞亚群的影响。方法:收治反复呼吸道感染患儿100例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例,两组均给予铁锌微量元素补充,在此基础上观察组给予兰菌净舌下滴入,对照组以同样的方式给予安慰剂,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患儿治疗前后CD8以及CD4/CD8均无明显改变(P>0.05)。治疗后组间在CD3、CD4水平上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:兰菌净联合多种微量元素防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效显著,能明显增加患儿体内铁锌的含量,改善T细胞亚群的水平,增强免疫力,减少抗生素的使用频率。 Objective:To explore the effect of Lan Jun Jing combined with variety of trace elements for the level of serum T lymphocyte subpopulation in the prevention and treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:100 cases of children with recurrent respiratory infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were given the trace elements iron and zinc supplementation,on the basis of this,the observation group was given Lan Jun Jing sublingual drops,and the control group was given placebo in the same way.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:Before and after the treatment,the two groups in the CD8 and CD4/CD8 had no significant change(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3,CD4 levels between the groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of Lan Jun Jing combined with variety of trace elements in the prevention and treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection was significant.It can obviously increase the body content of iron and zinc in children,improve the level of T cell subsets,enhance immunity,and reduce the frequency of use of antibiotics.
