根尖脓肿软膏治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床价值分析

Clinical value analysis of periapical abscess ointment in the treatment of fistula type chronic periapical periodontitis

目的:分析根尖脓肿软膏治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床价值。方法:收治窦道型慢性根尖周炎患者68例(68颗患牙),将其随机分为观察组与对照组,均在根管预备后接受窦道通过术治疗,观察组给予根尖脓肿软膏进行消毒,对照组给予氢氧化钙糊剂进行消毒,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根尖脓肿软膏治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of periapical abscess ointment in the treatment of fistula type chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods:68 patients with fistula type chronic periapical periodontitis were selected.They had 68 offending teeth.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.They were given sinus pass operation treatment after root canal preparation.The observation group was given periapical abscess ointment for disinfection.The control group was given calcium hydroxide paste for disinfection.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The periapical abscess ointment in the treatment of fistula type chronic periapical periodontitis has significant clinical curative effect.
