中医针灸结合西药治疗神经痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture series combined with western medicine in the treatment of neuralgia

目的:探讨中医针灸结合西药治疗神经痛的临床效果。方法:收治神经痛患者150例,随机分为C1组(观察组)及C2组(对照组),每组75例。C1组给予中医针灸结合西药治疗;C2组给予西药治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的SAS评分以及临床疗效。结果:C1组的临床疗效明显优于C2组(P<0.05),C1组的SAS评分明显优于C2组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸结合西药治疗神经痛能够显著改善患者临床疼痛程度,具有操作简单、经济高效及安全性高的特点。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupuncture series combined with western medicine in the treatment of neuralgia.Methods:150 patients with neuralgia were selected.They were randomly divided into C1 group(the observation group) and C2 group(the control group) with 75 cases in each.C1 group was given Chinese medicine acupuncture series combined with western medicine treatment.C2 group was given western medicine treatment.The SAS scores after treatment and clinical curative effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of C1 group was significantly better than that of C2 group(P<0.05).SAS score of C1 group was significantly better than that of C2 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture series combined with western medicine in the treatment of neuralgia can significantly improve the clinical pain degree of patients.It has the features of simple operation,high economic efficiency and high security.
