摘要
本文主要总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中Calot三角损伤的原因和体会。掌握LC手术基本原则,认清胆囊Calot三角解剖位置,结合"三管一壶腹"和"三管一面"标志,可减少LC手术Calot三角损伤的发生率,提高手术效率,减少中转开腹率。
In this paper,the author summarized the reason and experience of Calot triangle injure during laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) operation. Grasping the basic principle of LC operation,recognizing the gallbladder Calot triangle anatomic location,and combining with the "three tube one ampulla" and the "three tube one side" signs can reduce the incidence rate of Calot triangle injure during LC operation,improve the operation efficiency,and reduce the rate of laparotomy.
