伴足月妊娠的卵巢硬化性间质瘤1例分析

Analysis of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor with full-term pregnancy in 1 case

本文收治伴足月妊娠卵巢硬化性间质瘤患者1例,因产科因素实施剖宫产,术中探查发现一侧卵巢上白色质硬包块,切下包块送病检。结果包块确诊为卵巢硬化性间质瘤。卵巢硬化性间质瘤难以通过外部检测进行确定,医生需要充分掌握此肿瘤的特征,以在临床中能够及时准确地作出诊断,保证手术的安全。

In this paper,1 patient with ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor with full-term pregnancy were selected.The patient was given caesarean section because of the obstetric factors.The intraoperative exploration found one white hard bag piece on one side of ovarian,the bag piece was cut and sent for pathological examination.The result show that the bag piece was diagnosed ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor.The ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor is difficult to determine by external detection.The doctors need to fully grasp the characteristics of the tumor,in order to be able to timely and accurate diagnosis in the clinical,and ensure the safety of operation.
