异位妊娠护理中休克指数的应用及作用

Application and effect of shock index in nursing of ectopic pregnancy

目的:分析异位妊娠早期破裂患者护理观察中休克指数的应用和作用。方法:通过休克指数与后穹隆穿刺检查、实验室检查结果以及临床表现等对54例异位妊娠早期破裂患者的病情进行及时的判断。结果:所有患者的术前休克指数均明显升高,休克指数与腹腔内活动性出血量和输血量、血红蛋白值、心率以及血压等具有十分明显的关系。结论:休克指数能够对异位妊娠早期破裂患者的病情进行及早的判断,还可以对相应的护理措施进行有效的指导,能够为患者的治疗赢得大量时间。

Objective:To analyze the application and effect of shock index in nursing of patients with ruptured early ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The condition of 54 cases of patients with ruptured early ectopic pregnancy were judged through shock index and posterior fornix puncture examination,laboratory results and clinical manifestations in time.Results:The preoperative shock index of all patients were significantly higher and the shock index had obvious relationship with intraperitoneal active blood loss and blood transfusion,hemoglobin value,heart rate and blood pressure.Conclusion:Shock index can judge the condition of patients with early ectopic ruptured pregnancy early and can also guide the corresponding nursing measures effective and win a lot of time for patient care.
