目的:探讨碱性清洗剂与多酶清洗剂对器械清洗质量的效果。方法:选择2014年5-8月同质污染的手术使用后医疗器械,随机抽取1020件,将污染的器械随机分为试验组510件和对照组510件。试验组与对照组均使用同一品牌的洗剂,对照组洗剂为多酶清洗剂,试验组洗剂为碱性清洗剂。器械清洗后的质量检测,经五倍带光源放大镜下采用目测方式进行观察后进行清洗质量的比较。结果通过清洗质量检测,使用碱性清洗剂的试验组清洗质量优于多酶清洗剂的对照组清洗质量,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碱性清洗剂可以节省人力、物力、财力,减少复用器械的耗损,降低医疗成本,又能保证复用器械的最佳清洗质量,从而保障医院的安全质量。

So as to ensure the safety of the hospital.
