摘要
目的:探讨多科室进行协作综合治疗糖尿病足的最佳治疗方案。方法:收治糖尿病足患者68例,临床采取综合治疗方法,包括内科、中医科和外科共同沟通协作采取各种治疗措施。结果:临床治愈17例,好转48例,无效3例,总有效率95.6%。结论:糖尿病足的治疗要多科室进行协作,才能达到满意效果。各科室密切合作,抓住治疗重点,合理干预,循序渐进,这才是一个比较合理的治疗模式。
Objective:To explore the best therapeutic regimen for diabetic foot with comprehensive treatment which collaborating of multi departments.Methods:68 patients with diabetic foot were given the clinical comprehensive treatment,including various measures that came from mutual communication and cooperation of internal medicine department,traditional chinese medicine and surgical.Results:After the treatment,17 cases were cured,48 cases were improved,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency was 95.6%.Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic foot need cooperation of multi department,in order to achieve satisfactory results.Only through closely cooperation between multi department,grasping the emphasis of treatment,taking reasonable intervision,and step by step can be taken as reasonable treatment mode.
