老年2型糖尿病诊断及规范治疗体会

Experience in diagnosis and standard treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:研究老年2型糖尿病患者的诊断和规范治疗。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病患者60例,依据不同的临床症状,选择不同的降血糖原则。结果:60例老年2型糖尿病患者中,采用胰岛素进行治疗或者口服降糖药,其临床治疗效果相当,均可以有效控制老年血糖。结论:对于老年2型糖尿病患者而言,选择药物时应该根据其身体器官的功能情况进行。

Objective:To explore the experience in diagnosis and standard treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.According to different clinical symptoms,they were given different hypoglycemic principle.Results:In 60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,either the insulin or oral hypoglycemic drug treatment,the clinical effect was considerable,and both of them can effectively control blood glucose in elderly patients.Conclusion:For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,the choice of drugs should be carried out according to the functions of the body organs.
