闭合性十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和术式选择

Early diagnosis and operation choice of closed duodenal injury

目的:探讨闭合性十二指肠损伤(CID)的早期诊断和术式选择。方法:回顾性分析40例CID患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者经过早期诊断后,给予合适术式进行治疗,无一例死亡,治疗效果显著。结论:针对于临床上的CID患者,在临床体征观察与相关实验室检查的基础上给予其早期诊断,进而选择适宜治疗办法。

Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and operation choice of closed duodenal injury(CID).Methods:The clinical data of 40 cases of CID patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the patients after early diagnosis were given proper operation treatment.No 1 case was death.The treatment effect was significant.Conclusion:For the CID patients in clinic,on the basis of clinical signs observation and related laboratory tests,the patients are given early diagnosis and choosed appropriate treatment method.
