二甲双胍联合妈富隆对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及代谢的作用

The effect of metformin combined with marvelon on the sex hormone and metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:观察二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素及代谢水平的变化。方法:收治PCOS患者65例,随机分为单纯妈富隆(A)组32例和联用二甲双胍(B)组33例,比较治疗前后的性激素及代谢水平。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后PRL、FSH、LH及T水平均降低,而E2水平升高(P<0.05),且B组改善程度优于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组FIns、HOMA-IR及HOMA-β均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。两组TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C均呈下降趋势,但仅TG和LDL-C比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联用妈富隆可降低性激素水平,调节糖、脂代谢,效果好于妈富隆单药治疗。

Objective:To explore the effect of metformin combined with marvelon on the sex hormone and metabolism in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:40 patients with PCOS were selected.They were randomly divided into the simple marvelon(A) group of 20 cases and combination with metformin(B) group of 20 cases.We compared the level of sex hormone and metabolism before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment,PRL,FSH,LH and T levels of two groups were reduced,while the level of E2 was increased(P<0.05),and the improvement of B group was superior than A group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FIns,HOMA-IR and HOMA-beta of B group were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of two groups were all decreased,but there was significant difference only between TG and LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with marvelon can reduce the level of sex hormone,and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism.The effect was better than the single drug therapy with marvelon.
