龙珠软膏促进PPH术后创面愈合的临床观察

Clinical observation of Long Zhu ointment to promote wound healing after PPH

目的:探讨龙珠软膏促进混合痔PPH术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将各类型混合痔PPH术后120例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,各60例,治疗组采用龙珠软膏直肠给药,对照组采用凡士林油纱条填充,观察两组疼痛、红肿、创面愈合及有无吻合口感染等术后并发症。结果:两组疼痛、红肿、创面愈合时间及吻合口感染等术后并发症差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:龙珠软膏治疗PPH术后减轻疼痛,促进创面愈合及防止细菌感染疗效明显,操作方便。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Long Zhu ointment promote wound healing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids PPH.Methods:120 cases of patients with the various types of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative PPH were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with Long Zhu ointment for rectal administration,and the control group with vaseline gauze packing.We observed the pain,swelling,wound healing and anastomotic infection situation and other postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:There had significantly differences of the pain,swelling,wound healing time and anastomotic infection and other postoperative complications of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Long Zhu ointment in the treatment of pain after PPH,promote healing of wound and prevent bacterial infection is curative,an the operation is convenient.
