人性化护理对胸外科护理质量影响的研究

Study on the influence of humanistic nursing for nursing quality of department of thoracic surgery

目的:探讨人性化护理在胸外科手术患者护理中的效果。方法:收治胸外科患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受人性化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:在观察组,护理满意度、护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胸外科患者的临床护理过程中,采用人性化护理的护理方法,能够有效提高护理人员的护理质量,提高患者对护理的满意度,减少并发症的发生几率。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with operation in department of thoracic surgery. Methods:110 patients in department of thoracic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic nursing care on the basis of the control group,then we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,patients' satisfaction with nursing care,nursing quality score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical nursing for patients with surgery in department of thoracic surgery,humanized nursing care can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,and reduce the incidence of complications.
