富蕴县人民医院城镇职工医疗慢性病患病现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the prevalence status and influencing factors of chronic diseases in fuyun county people's hospital medical

目的:探讨富蕴县人民医院城镇职工医疗慢性病患病现状及影响因素。方法:收集慢性病患者934例,对所有患者的性别、年龄、发病类型和民族等资料进行分类。结果:发病前5位的疾病主要有高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中后遗症、心肌梗死和肝炎后肝硬化。结论:对于富蕴县人民医院城镇职工要进行相应的健康教育,另外,相关部门要进行干预,降低慢性病的患病率。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence status and influencing factors of fuyun county people’s hospital urban workers medical chronic disease.Methods:934 patients with chronic disease were selected,and we classificated all of the patient’s sex,age,disease type,the national and other datas.Results:The incidence of the top 5 diseases were hypertension,diabetes,the sequelae of stroke,myocardial infarction and liver cirrhosis after hepatitis.Conclusion:For the urban workers of Fuyun County People’s Hospital,we should carry out health education,and the relevant departments must to carry out intervention,so that can reduce the prevalence rate of chronic disease.
