Analysis and countermeasure of the pediatric nurse night shift work pressure source

目的:探讨儿科护士夜班工作压力源及其对策。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,选取三级综合性医院夜班儿科护士50名,进行压力源调查。根据发现的问题采取相应措施及对策。结果:儿科夜班工作的性质与强度可直接影响护士的心理健康,她们的心理压力较大,心理健康状况比一般人群差。结论:根据压力源分析进行干预,以缓解护士的焦虑程度。

Objective:To investigate the pressure sources and countermeasures of the night shift work of pediatric nurses.Methods:Through the method of questionnaire investigation,we selected 50 night pediatric nurses from the three level general hospitals,and we did the investigation of the pressure source.We took corresponding measures and countermeasures according to the problems. Results:The nature and intensity of pediatric night work can directly influence the nurses' psychological health,their psychological pressure was heavy,and the mental health status was worse than the general population.Conclusion:According to the source of pressure,We can do the intervention to ease the anxiety level of nurses.
