原发性肝细胞癌首次TACE术前疾病不确定感与希望水平的相关性研究

Relevant research of uncertainty in illness and hope level of hepatic cell carcinoma before the first time TACE operation

目的:探讨原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)首次经导管肝动脉栓塞化疗术(TACE)术前的疾病不确定感与其希望水平之间的相关性。方法:采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)、Herth希望量表(HII)对46例HCC患者首次TACE介入治疗前进行调查。结果:首次TACE术前疾病不确定感的总体均分(70.65±14.67)分,属中等水平;希望水平的总体均分(27.17±6.89)分,亦属于中等水平;二者呈负相关性(r=-0.946,P<0.01)。结论:HCC患者因对TACE治疗及疾病本身的不确定感直接影响了其希望水平,TACE的疗效、HCC的预后是影响疾病不确定感和希望水平的主要因素。

Objective:To explore the correlation between uncertainty in illness and hope level of hepatic cell carcinoma(HCC)before the first time transcatheter arterial chemoembolization operation.Methods:46 HCC patients were given Mishel uncertainty in illness scale(MUIS),Herth hope index(HII) for investigation before the first time TACE interventional treatment.Results:The overall average of the first time TACE preoperative uncertainty in illness was(70.65±14.67)minutes,which was the medium level.The overall average of hope level was(27.17 ± 6.89)minutes,which was all the medium level.There was negative correlation between the two(r=-0.946,P<0.01).Conclusion:Because HCC patients have the uncertainty of TACE treatment and the disease itself that directly affect the hope level.TACE curative effect and HCC prognosis are the main factors that influence the uncertainty in illness and hope level.
