微波联合中药外敷治疗妇科盆腔淋巴囊肿的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of microwave combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological pelvic lymphatic cyst

目的:探讨微波联合中药外敷治疗妇科盆腔淋巴囊肿的临床疗效。方法:收治因妇科恶性肿瘤行盆腔淋巴结切除术后并发淋巴囊肿患者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组各37例,观察组给予微波联合中药外敷治疗,对照组给予中药外敷治疗,连续治疗1个月后评定疗效。结果:观察组总有效率94.5%,对照组总有效率70.3%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合中药外敷法治疗盆腔淋巴囊肿疗效好、无创伤。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of microwave combined with external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological pelvic lymphatic cyst.Methods:74 cases with pelvic lymphatic cyst after pelvic lymph node resection resection of malignant tumor were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given microwave combined with external application of Chinese medicine treatment,while in the control group were treated with external application of Chinese medicine treatment,then we valuated the curative effect after treated for 1 months.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 94.5%,while the control group was 70.3%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave combined with external application of Chinese medicine treatment has good curative effect on pelvic lymphatic cyst,and also without trauma.
