中药外治联合病灶清除术治疗脓肿溃疡型淋巴结核的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with focus debridement in the treatment of abscess ulcer type lymphoid tuberculosis

目的:观察三黄膏、止痛膏治疗脓肿溃疡型淋巴结核的疗效。方法:将190例脓肿溃疡型淋巴结核患者在全身抗结核化疗及病灶清除术基础上,按照配对研究原则分为试验组和对照组,试验组给予三黄膏、止痛膏油纱条填塞换药,对照组给予异烟肼纱条换药。比较两组的治愈率、愈合时间及1年后的复发率。结果:试验组治愈率高,愈合时间短,随访1年两组均无复发病例。结论:在抗痨并病灶清除术基础上,三黄膏、止痛膏分阶段腔内填塞换药治疗脓肿溃疡型淋巴结核治愈率高,疗程短。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sanhuang plaster,acesodyne plaster in the treatment of abscess ulcer type lymphoid tuberculosis.Methods:On the basis of systemic anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy and focus debridement,190 patients with abscess ulcer type lymphoid tuberculosis were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the matching principle.The experimental group was given Sanhuang plaster,acesodyne plaster oil gauze tamponade dressing.The control group was given isoniazid gauze dressing.The cure rates,healing times and recurrence rates after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the cure rate was high,the healing time was short,there was no recurrence cases in two groups follow up of 1 year.Conclusion:On the basis of anti tuberculosis and focus debridement,Sanhuang plaster and acesodyne plaster grading intracavity tamponade dressing in the treatment of abscess ulcer type lymphoid tuberculosis have high cure rate and short course of treatment.
