老年2型糖尿病患者生化检测及应用价值

Biochemical test and application value in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨老年2型糖尿病患者生化指标变化。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病患者70例作为观察组,选择健康老人70例作为对照组,检测所有研究对象的空腹血糖(GLU)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和胰岛素(Ins)水平,比较检测结果。结果:治疗前,观察组的GLU、TC、TG、Ins水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的GLU、TC、TG、Ins水平显著降低(P<0.05),观察组的检测结果和对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年2型糖尿病患者接受治疗后,GLU、TC、TG、Ins等生化检测指标水平显著降低。

Objective:To investigate the changes of biochemical indexes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:70elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the observation group;70 healthy elderly people were selected as the control group.All the patients were examined for the fasting blood glucose(GLU),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and insulin(Ins).We compared the test results.Results:Before the treatment,in the observation group,GLU,TC,TG,Ins levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,GLU, TC,TG,Ins levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared the test results in the observation group with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,after treatment,GLU,Tch,TG,Ins and other biochemical indexes were significantly decreased.
