咽旁间隙感染与高血糖水平相关性调查分析

Correlation investigation and analysis of parapharyngeal space infection and high blood glucose level

目的:分析咽旁间隙感染患者与声带息肉患者之间空腹血糖、随机手指血糖水平差别,证实高血糖水平与咽旁间隙感染有明显关系。方法:收治咽旁间隙感染患者32例,同时收治声带息肉患者32例,比较两组空腹血糖、随机手指血糖。结果:两组空腹血糖水平有明显差异。结论:咽旁间隙感染患者空腹血糖水平高于声带息肉患者,同时高于最新世界卫生组织和国际糖尿病联盟共同发布的糖尿病和中间型高血糖定义、诊断、分类指南:正常空腹血糖组DLU<6.1 mmol/L。

Objective:To analyze the fasting blood glucose,random finger blood sugar level differences between the patients with parapharyngeal space infection and the patients with vocal cord polyp,to confirm that the high blood glucose level had significant relationship with parapharyngeal space infection.Methods:32 patients with parapharyngeal space infection were selected,and 32 patients with vocal cord polyp were selected.The fasting blood glucose and random finger blood sugar level of two groups were compared.Results:The fasting blood glucose levels of two groups had obvious difference.Conclusion:The fasting blood glucose level of patients with parapharyngeal space infection is higher than that of patients with vocal cord polyp,also higher than that the newest World Health Organization and the International Diabetes Federation jointly issue the definition,diagnosis and classification of diabetes and intermediate hyperglycemia:the normal fasting blood glucose group DLU is less than 6.1 mmol/L.
