摘要
目的:探讨瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩的护理经验。方法:收治瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇60例,加强心理护理、剖宫产时及产后护理。结果:剖宫产率100.0%,发生并发症2例,产后出血1例,子宫破裂1例,并发症发生率3.3%。结论:瘢痕子宫再次妊娠的产妇要加强心理护理、剖宫产时及产后护理,是瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩的关键。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of scar uterus subsequent pregnancy.Methods:60 puerpera with scar uterus subsequent pregnancy were selected.They were strengthened the psychological nursing, cesarean section,postpartum nursing.Results:The cesarean section rate was 100%.2 cases occurred complications,with 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage and 1 case of uterine rupture,and the complication incidence rate was 3.3% .Conclusion:The puerpera with scar uterus subsequent pregnancy should strengthen the psychological nursing,cesarean section and postpartum nursing ,which is the key of scar uterus subsequent pregnancy.
