护理路径对脑出血患者的临床价值探析

Clinical value of nursing path on patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨护理路径对脑出血患者的临床价值。方法:将62例脑出血患者分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组给予护理路径措施进行护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较护理效果。结果:治疗组患者护理后,Barthel指数显著高于对照组和护理前(P<0.05)。治疗组的护理满意度96.77%高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。结论:护理路径对脑出血患者的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of nursing path on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:62 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group were given nursing path,and the control group were given routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect.Results:In the patients in the treatment group after treatment,the Barthel index was significantly higher than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,nursing satisfaction of 96.77% was higher than 70.97% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of nursing path on patients with cerebral hemorrhage was significant.
