腹股沟无张力疝修补术后感染的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing care of patients with inguinal tension-free hernia repair postoperative infection

目的:探讨预防腹股沟无张力疝修补术后切口感染的有效方法。方法:收治行腹股沟无张力疝修补术后患者70例,采用术前护理、充分的皮肤准备、术后护理、出院指导等,观察治疗效果。结果:70例患者手术均较成功,发生切口脂肪液化2例、切口感染1例,回访1年,无一例复发。结论:腹股沟无张力疝修补术配合护士全面的综合性护理,可明显降低患者术后并发症。

Objective:To explore the effective prevention methods of incision infection after tension-free inguinal hernia repair.Methods:70 patients who had the repair of inguinal hernia were selected.We took the preoperative nursing,skin preparation and postoperative care and discharge guidance,and we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:70 patients were operated successfully,2 cases of fat liquefaction of incision,incision infection in 1 cases.Follow-up 1 years,there were no recurrence in 1 patients.Conclusion:Inguinal tension-free hernia repair with the nurses comprehensive nursing can significantly reduce the postoperative complications.
