摘要
目的:分析妇产科工作过程中发生护理纠纷事件的原因。方法:选取2000-2014年妇产科发生的护理纠纷事件作为研究对象,对其发生的原因进行分析。结果:2000-2014年妇产科发生护理纠纷52例,在诊断、监护以及常规操作方面,妇产科与其他科室发生纠纷的次数差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科工作过程中发生护理纠纷不仅会对护患关系造成影响,还会使护理人员的心理压力有所增加,医院方面应及时制定相关的预防措施和解决方案。
Objective:To analyze the causes of nursing disputes occurred in the work process of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:We selected the nursing disputes of obstetrics and gynecology from 2000 to 2014 as the research object,and analyzed the reasons for its occurrence.Results:There were 52 cases of nursing disputes in the department of gynecology and obstetrics from2000 to 2014.In the diagnosis,monitoring and routine operation,there had a significant difference between the dispute number of obstetrics and gynecology and other sections(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing disputes occurred in the department of gynecology and obstetrics work process,not only will affect the relationship between nurses and patients,but also increase the psychological pressure of nurses.The hospital should promptly formulate relevant preventive measures and solutions.
