急性心绞痛60例临床治疗与效果观察

Clinical treatment and effect observation of 60 cases with acute angina

目的:观察急性心绞痛临床治疗效果。方法:收治急性心绞痛患者60例,随机分成两组,每组30例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合氯吡格雷治疗急性心绞痛效果明显。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acute angina.Methods:60 cases of patients with acute angina were divided into two groups randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group accepted routine drug treatment,and the observation group were given clopidogrel on the basis of routine treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results:The curative effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine treatment combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina had obvious effect.
