小剂量阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨小剂量阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病的肾脏保护作用。方法:收治早期2型糖尿病肾病患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予缬沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗前后C反应蛋白(CPR)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及不良反应发生率。结果:对照组治疗后CPR、UAER、BUN、SCr水平明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CPR、UAER、TC、TG、BUN、SCr水平明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CPR、UAER、TC、TG水平较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间无严重不良反应。结论:小剂量阿托伐他汀联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病可有效减少蛋白尿,保护肾功能,控制和延缓DN的进一步发展,且无明显不良反应。 Objective:To explore the renal protective effect of small-dose atorvastatin combined valsartan on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:68 cases of patients with type 2 early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group were given valsartan combined atorvastatin therapy,and the control group were given valsartan treatment.The c-reactive protein(CPR),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER) and blood lipids,glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c) and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the CPR,UAER,BUN,SCr levels of the control group were decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPR,UAER,TC,TG,BUN,SCr levels of the observation group were decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPR,UAER,TC,TG levels of the observation group reduced more obviously than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The patients of the two groups had no serious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:Small-dose atorvastatin combined valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy could reduce albuminuria effectively and protect the renal function,which could control and delay the further development of DN,and it had no obvious adverse reactions.
