地佐辛联合氟比洛芬酯用于老年髋关节置换患者术后镇痛的临床研究

Clinical research of dezocine combined with flurbiprofen axetil for analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery

目的:探讨分析地佐辛联合氟比洛芬酯在老年髋关节置换术后患者中的镇痛效果。方法:收治预施髋关节置换的老年患者64例,根据其就诊的先后顺序分为采取地佐辛(5 mg)联合氟比洛芬酯(50 mg)镇痛的观察组和采用芬太尼(1μg/kg)镇痛的对照组,详细记录两组患者在实施不同镇痛药物后的临床表现以及术后的不良反应发生情况,并对其术后2 h、4 h、8 h、12 h、24 h进行VAS疼痛评分比较。结果:当患者采取翻身或仰卧等动作时,观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在使用镇痛药后,两组患者中均有部分出现不良反应,如呕吐、恶心、嗜睡等,观察组患者在不良反应的程度方面均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛联合氟比洛芬酯在老年患者实行髋关节置换后有很好的临床镇痛效果。

Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect of dezocine combined with flurbiprofen axetil in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery.Methods:64 elderly patients pre undergoing hip joint replacement surgery were selected.They were divided into the observation group who were taken Dezocine(5 mg)combined with flurbiprofen ester(50 mg)analgesia and the control group who were taken Ventani(1 g/kg)for analgesia according to the order of their treatment.We recorded the clinical manifestations and the postoperative incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after the implementation of different analgesic drugs in detail,and made VAS pain score comparison of 2h,4h,8h,12h,24h after surgery.Results:When patients took supine or turning movements,the degree of pain of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and there was significant differences(P<0.05).After using analgesics,there were part of the adverse reactions in both groups,such as vomiting,nausea,lethargy,the number of cases and the extent of adverse reactions in patients of the observation group were lower than the control group, and there was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dezocine combined with flurbiprofen axetil for analgesia in elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement surgery is good.
