温州市瓯海区260例夫妇不孕症病因分析

Analysis of 260 cases of the etiology of infertility couples in Ouhai district of Wenzhou city

目的:探讨不孕不育症的相关因素和病因,为防治提供依据。方法:分析260例女性不孕症患者的临床资料。结果:有明确病因251例,男女双方都有异常54例(20.8%),单纯男方异常71例(27.3%),单纯女方异常126例(48.5%),不明原因不孕9例(3.5%)。189例女性不孕患者白带清洁度Ⅲ以上55.03%,以细菌性最高(46.03%),继发不孕组明显高于原发不孕组。输卵管因素和排卵因素为继发不孕组高于原发不孕组;阴道和宫颈因素、免疫因素、不明原因等3项因素为原发因素组高于继发因素组。结论:不孕症的病因复杂,由感染引起的输卵管因素是女性不孕的首要原因,明确诊断针对病因治疗,可以提高妊娠率。

Objective:To explore the related factors and etiology of infertility,and provide basis for prevention and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 260 cases of female infertility patients were analyzed.Results:The definite etiology in 251 cases,both men and women were abnormal in 54 cases(20.8%),simple man was abnormal in 71 cases(27.3%),the only abnormality in 126cases(48.5%),9 cases of unexplained infertility(3.5%).189 cases of female infertility patients leucorrhea cleanliness Ⅲ above55.03%,with the highest bacterial(46.03%),and the secondary infertility group was significantly higher than that in the primary infertility group.Tubal factor and ovulation factors for the secondary infertility group higher than the primary infertility group;vaginal and cervical factors,immune factors,unexplained 3 factors such as the primary factors group higher than that of the secondary factors group.Conclusion:The causes of infertility is complex,and tubal factor caused by infection is a leading cause of female infertility.Diagnosis treatment for the cause can improve the pregnancy rate.
