黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of huangqi-guizhi-wuwu decoction joint mecobalamine treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果及应用价值。方法:收治糖尿病周围神经病变患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,观察组给予甲钴胺联合中药黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗总有效率76.60%,观察组治疗总有效率95.74%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效可靠,能有效改善临床症状和体征。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and application value of huangqi-guizhi-wuwu decoction joint mecobalamine treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:94 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method.The control group were treated with mecobalamine,and the observation group were treated with huangqi-guizhi-wuwu decoction joint mecobalamine,then the clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 76.60% and that of the observation group was 95.74% .There was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi-guizhi-wuwu decoction joint mecobalamine treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy had reliable curative effect and improved the clinical symptoms and signs effectively.
