针刀治疗腰大肌损伤性腰腿痛43例临床分析

Clinical analysis of needle-knife in the treatment of patients with lumbocrural pain caused by psoas muscle injury in 43 cases

目的:探讨针刀治疗腰大肌损伤性腰腿痛的临床效果和护理效果。方法:收治腰腿痛患者43例,对病变部位及痛点进行针刀治疗松解。结果:43例患者在接受2个疗程的针刀治疗和护理以后,总有效率93%。结论:针刀治疗腰大肌损伤性腰腿痛在非手术疗法当中,治愈率较高,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment and nursing effect of needle-knife in the treatment of patients with lumbocrural pain caused by psoas muscle injury.Methods: 43 patients with lumbocrural pain were selected.They were given the lesion and pain points of acupotomy.Results:After the 43 patients received two courses of needle-knife therapy and nursing,the total efficiency was 93%.Conclusion:Needle-knife in the treatment of patients with lumbocrural pain in non operation therapy has high cure rate and obvious curative effect.
