外周血T细胞亚群检测在恶性肿瘤中的应用

Application of peripheral T cell subsets in malignant tumors

目的:研究外周血T细胞亚群检测在恶性肿瘤中的应用效果。方法:收治恶性肿瘤患者120例为观察组,同期收取健康患者120例为对照组,采用流式细胞术对两组患者进行外周血T细胞亚群检测,观察比较两组患者的检测结果差异。结果:观察组的CD3+明显低于正常水平,CD8+细胞百分率明显上升,而CD4+细胞受到抑制,CD4+/CD8+比值变小,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者的外周血T细胞亚群检测可以有效地对患者的临床治疗效果及预后进行判定。

Objective:To study the application effect of peripheral T cell subsets in malignant tumors.Methods:120 patients with malignant tumor were selected as the observation group.120 health people were selected as the control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect T cell subsets in peripheral blood of two groups of patients,and the detection results were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group of patients with CD3+ was significantly lower than the normal level;the percentage of CD8+cells increased;CD4+ cells were inhibited;the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased;compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumors can be effective in clinical treatment and prognosis determination.
