摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者心理护理临床效果。方法:总结134例患者的心理护理及健康教育效果。结果:130例患者血糖控制良好,1例自行出院,3例血糖控制不理想。结论:护士在实施护理过程中,做好心理护理和健康教育能有效达到预防并发症的发生和稳定病情的作用。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of diabetic patients psychological nursing.Methods:The psychological nursing and health education effect of 134 cases were summarized.Results:130 cases of patients were good glycemic control,1 cases of automatic discharge,3 cases of blood glucose control was not ideal.Conclusion:The nurses in the implementation of the nursing process,good psychological care and health education can effectively achieve the role of prevention of complications and stable condition.
