个体化健康教育在社区老年高血压管理中的效果分析

Effect analysis of individual health education in community elderly hypertension management

目的:分析个体化健康教育在社区老年高血压管理中的效果。方法:收治高血压患者310例,在规范管理的同时,给予针对性健康教育,比较健康教育前后血压治疗达标率及并发症发生率。结果:健康教育前后血压控制差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在社区规范管理高血压过程中,针对性的健康教育可有效地控制血压,提高高血压管理的达标率,降低并发症的发生率和致残率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of individual health education in community elderly hypertension management.Methods:310 patients with hypertension were selected.In the standard management at the same time,they were given targeted health education.The blood pressure treatment target rates and complication incidence rates were compared before and after education.Results:The blood pressure controls before and after education had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of community standard management hypertension,the targeted health education can effectively control blood pressure,improve the target rate of hypertension management,and reduce the incidence rate and disability rate of complications.
