护理风险管理在门诊输液室中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing risk management in outpatient infusion room

目的:分析护理风险管理在门诊输液室中的应用效果。方法:收治门诊输液患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各15例,对照组给予常规输液护理管理,观察组给予护理风险管理,观察两组护理满意度、焦虑情绪改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组护理投诉率更低,护理满意度更高,焦虑情绪改善更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理模式在门诊输液室护理中可有效改善输液室护理工作质量,降低医疗投诉率,提高患者满意度,改善患者焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in outpatient infusion room.Methods:60 patients with outpatient infusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 15 cases in each.The control group was given routine infusion nursing management,and the observation group was given nursing risk management.The nursing satisfaction and anxious emotion improvement situation of two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the nursing complaint rate of the observation group was lower;the nursing satisfaction was higher;the anxious emotion improvement was better;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing risk management mode in outpatient infusion room can effectively improve the nursing work quality of infusion room,reduce the medical complaint rate,improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the anxiety of patients,and improve the compliance.
