护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism on the safety management of operating room

目的:探讨护理安全干预机制在手术室安全管理中的应用效果。方法:比较实施护理安全干预机制前后手术室安全管理工作情况。结果:观察组患者满意度98.79%,未发生医疗事故和纠纷;对照组患者满意度75.19%,发生医疗事故和纠纷10例。两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室安全管理中实施护理安全干预机制可有效减少医疗事故和纠纷,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism on the safety management of operating room.Methods:The safety management condition of operating room before and after the nursing safety intervention mechanism were compared.Results:The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 98.79% and there was no medical accident and disputes.The patient satisfaction of the control group was 75.19% and there were 10 cases with medical accident and disputes;the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing safety intervention mechanism used in the safety management of operating room could reduce medical accidents and disputes effectively,and improve the patient satisfaction.
