盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊复合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules combined with ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将176例膝关节炎患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各88例。对照组给予关节腔内注射医用臭氧,观察组在对照组的基础上给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗后两组的VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组的降低程度更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后12个月,观察组的膝关节功能优良率95.45%显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合臭氧注射治疗膝关节炎可有效缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules combined with ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:176 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 88 cases in each.The control group was given intra-articular injection of medical ozone.The observation group was given glucosamine hydrochloride capsules on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were significantly decreased,and the decreased degree of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).12 months after treatment,the excellent rate of knee joint function(95.45%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 87.50% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules combined with ozone injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve pain,improve the knee function,and improve the clinical curative effect.
