依达拉奉联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死临床观察

Clinical observation of edaravone combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的:探讨依达拉奉联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死(PCI)的临床效果。方法:收治进展性脑梗死患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组给予依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钠治疗。结果:观察组总有效率91.7%明显高于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05),两组治疗后神经功能评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:依达拉奉联合低分子肝素治疗进展性脑梗死的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of edaravone combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:120 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The control group was given aspirin treatment.The observation group was given edaravone combined with low molecular heparin sodium treatment.Results:The total effective rate(91.7%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 60.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The neurological scores after treatment in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of edaravone combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is significant.
