抗生素联合微波治疗盆腔炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation

目的:探讨抗生素联合微波治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:收治盆腔炎患者180例,随机分成观察组和对照组各90例。对照组给予头孢西丁2 g静脉注射,2次/d,根据患者病情改为口服阿奇霉素0.5 g,1次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用微波理疗。结果:治疗1周、治疗2周、治疗4周后,两组患者症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组IL-2、IL-10水平明显高于对照组,TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率100.0%明显高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素联合微波治疗盆腔炎具有显著疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation. Methods:180 patients with pelvic inflammation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each.The control group were given intravenous injection of cefoxitin 2 g,2 times one day,and it was changed to oral azithromycin 0.5 g according to the patient's condition,1 time one day.The observation group were combined with microwave physical therapy on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment for 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,the symptom scores of two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the TNF-a level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(100.0%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.0% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Antibiotics combined with microwave in the treatment of pelvic inflammation have significant curative effect.
