软性角膜接触镜治疗角膜疾病的临床探讨

Clinical study of soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of corneal diseases

目的:探讨软性角膜接触镜治疗角膜疾病的临床效果。方法:收治角膜疾病患者110例,随机分为试验组和对照组各55例,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上给予软性角膜接触镜治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果。结果:试验组眼角膜刺激症状改善和角膜创面愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后致盲率均明显低于治疗前,而且试验组治疗后致盲率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:软性角膜接触镜治疗不同的角膜疾病效果比较好,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of corneal diseases.Methods:110 patients with corneal diseases were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 55 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment.The experimental group was given soft corneal contact lens treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The corneal irritation improvement and corneal wound healing situation of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The posttreatment blinding rates of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the posttreatment blinding rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soft corneal contact lens in the treatment of different corneal diseases has better effect.It has important clinical significance.
