摘要 目的:探讨液基细胞学检测和TBS分类在宫颈病变筛查中的应用价值。方法:收治宫颈病变患者200例,采用液基薄层细胞制片技术(TCT),依据TBS诊断标准报告结果,与患者术后病理结果进行比较。结果:本组经TCT诊断炎症120例,不明确意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)40例,低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)16例,高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)16例,鳞状细胞癌(SCC)8例;经病理确诊炎症108例,ASC-US 24例,LSIL 31例,HSIL 29例,SCC 8例。结论:液基细胞学检测是筛查宫颈病变的重要方法,TBS分类报告法直观、易懂,病变性质一目了然。 Objective:To explore the application value of liquid based cytology test and TBS classification in the screening of cervical lesions.Methods:200 patients with cervical lesions were selected.They were given Thin-Prep cytology test(TCT),and the results were reported according to TBS diagnosis standard.The results were compared with postoperative pathologic results of patients.Results:120 cases were diagnosed inflammation by TCT in this group,40 cases were no clear significance of atypical squamous cells(ASC-US),16 cases were low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),16 cases were high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL),8 cases were squamous-cell carcinoma(SCC).108 were diagnosed inflammation by pathology,24 cases were ASC-US,31 cases were LSIL,29 cases were HSIL,8 cases were SCC.Conclusion:Liquid based cytology test is an important method in the screening of cervical lesions.The TBS classification report is intuitive and easy to understand,and it is clear in lesions nature.
