糖尿病健康大讲堂在患者健康教育中的效果评价

Effect evaluation of diabetic health lecture hall in the health education of patients

目的:探讨糖尿病健康大讲堂在健康教育中的效果。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者118例,给予糖尿病健康大讲堂的健康教育,比较健康教育前后糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识知晓率、自我管理状况、糖化血红蛋白。结果:健康教育后,糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识知晓率、自我管理状况、糖化血红蛋白优于健康教育前。结论:健康大讲堂教育的糖尿病健康教育有利于提高糖尿病患者的依从性、糖尿病知识知晓率和治疗有效性,并使护士的教育能力及沟通水平得到锻炼。

Objective:To explore the effect of diabetic health lecture hall in the health education.Methods:118 patients with type 2diabetes were selected.They were given health education of diabetes health lecture hall.The awareness rate of diabetes knowledge,self management status,glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with diabetes were compared before and after health education.Results:After health education,the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge,self management status,glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with diabetes were better than those before health education.Conclusion:The diabetic health education of diabetes health lecture hall is helpful to improve the compliance of patients with diabetes,the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge and the treatment effectiveness,and makes the education ability and the communication level of nurses to receive training.
