品管圈管理对血液透析患者营养知识知晓率提高的作用

摘要 目的:探讨品管圈管理对血液透析患者营养知识知晓率提高的作用。方法:2014年2月-2015年2月收治血液透析患者89例作为观察组,给予品管圈管理。2013年2月-2014年1月收治血液透析患者80例作为对照组,不进行品管圈管理。结果:观察组营养知识知晓率79.8%明显高于对照组的30.0%(P<0.05);观察组体重增加例数明显多于对照组,高血钾例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理可以明显提高血液透析患者营养知识知晓率。 Objective:To explore the increasement effect of quality control circle management on the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge in patients with hemodialysis.Methods:89 patients with hemodialysis were selected from February 2014 to February2015 as the observation group,and they were given quality control circle management.80 patients with hemodialysis were selected from February 2013 to January 2014 as the control group,and they were not given quality control circle management.Results:The awareness rate(79.8%) of nutritional knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than 30.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The gain weight cases of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group,and the hyperkalemia cases were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle management can significantly improve the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge in patients with hemodialysis.
