连续性舒适护理干预对早产儿呼吸暂停近远期的影响

Effect of continuous comfortable nursing intervention on the recent and forward of premature apnea

目的:探讨连续性舒适护理干预对早产儿呼吸暂停近远期的影响。方法:将125例早产儿随机分为观察组65例和对照组60例,对照组给予常规治疗护理和育儿指导,观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上采用连续性舒适护理干预,比较两组效果。结果:观察组早产儿心率、呼吸频率增快,血氧饱和度及呼吸暂停时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呼吸暂停次数明显少于对照组,持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组智能总发育和各能区发育商均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对早产儿呼吸暂停采用连续性舒适护理干预可降低呼吸暂停发生,减轻新生儿HIE后遗症的发生,降低伤残儿童发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous comfortable nursing intervention on the recent and forward of premature apnea.Methods:125 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into the observation group with 65 cases and the control group with 60 cases.The control group were given conventional treatment nursing and parental guidance.The observation group were given continuous comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment nursing.The effects of two groups were compared.Results: The heart rate,breathing rate faster,blood oxygen saturation and apnea time of premature infants in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The apnea numbers of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the duration time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The intelligent total development and developmental quotient of each ergoregion of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Using continuous comfortable nursing intervention for premature apnea can reduce the occurrence of apnea,reduce the occurrence of neonatal HIE sequelae,and reduce the incidence of disabled children.
