摘要
目的:探讨四子散热熨治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:收治膝骨关节炎患者63例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例,治疗组采用四子散配合TDP热熨关节痛处,对照组采用活络油配合TDP照射关节痛处。结果:治疗1周和2周后,治疗组的疼痛和功能改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四子散热熨治疗膝骨关节炎有较好的疗效,缓解患者局部疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高生存质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Si Zi San hot compress therapy for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:63 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group of 32 cases and the control group of 31 cases.The treatment group were treated with Si Zi San combined with TDP hot compress for the joint with pain.The control group were treated with detachable oil combined with TDP for irradiation at the joint.Results:At one and two weeks after treatment,in the treatment group,the pain and the function improvement were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It had good effect for Si Zi San hot compress therapy for knee osteoarthritis.It can relieve local pain,improve knee function,and improve the quality of life.
