更年期综合征合并肿瘤患者的护理体会

The nursing experience of patients with climacteric syndrome and tumor

目的:探讨更年期综合征合并肿瘤患者的护理干预。方法:收治更年期综合征合并肿瘤患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行针对性护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:经过治疗,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对更年期综合征合并肿瘤患者开展针对性护理能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性。

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention of patients with climacteric syndrome and tumor.Methods:84 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention,then we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression of patients in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing intervention for patients with climacteric syndrome and tumor can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression of patients,and improve the treatment compliance.
