狂犬病疫苗免疫接种后227例抗体检测结果分析

Analysis of antibody detection results in 227 cases after rabies vaccine immunization vaccination

目的:探讨狂犬病疫苗免疫接种后抗体产生情况。方法:收集预防接种人员227例,接种后进行抗体检查。结果:抗体阳性214例,阳性率94.3%。20岁以下人员抗体阳性率相对较高,20岁以上人员抗体阳性率相对较低,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。农村人员187例(82.4%),阳性176例,阳性率94.1%;城市人员40例(17.6%),阳性38例,阳性率95.0%,人群分布比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳性率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:狂犬病疫苗免疫接种后抗体产生率较高,被动物咬伤、抓伤人员要及时接种狂犬病疫苗。

Objective:To explore the antibodies produced situation after rabies vaccine immunization vaccination.Methods:227 cases of vaccination persons were selected.The antibody detection was given after vaccination.Results:214 cases of antibodies were positive,the positive rate was 94.3% .The antibody positive rate of persons under 20 years old was relatively high.The antibody positive rate of persons over 20 years old was relatively low,but there was no statistically significant.187 cases(82.4%) were rural personnel,176 cases were positive,the positive rate was 94.1%.40 cases(17.6%) were city personnel,38 cases were positive,the positive rate was 95.0% .The population distributions were compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rates were compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The antibody production rate after rabies vaccine immunization vaccination is higher.The personnel with animal bites,scratches should be vaccinated rabies vaccine in time.
