祛瘀通脉汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床观察

Clinical observation of Qu Yu Tong Mai decoction in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis

目的:探讨祛瘀通脉汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法:收治下肢深静脉血栓形成患者72例,并根据不同的治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规溶栓治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予祛瘀通脉汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率97.22%显著高于对照组77.78%(χ2=6.222 2,P=0.012 6<0.05)。结论:祛瘀通脉汤治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成患者可以显著提高治疗效果,且无不良反应,安全有效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qu Yu Tong Mai decoction in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.Methods:72 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 36 cases in each according to different treatment methods.The control group were given conventional thrombolysis treatment.The observation group were given Qu Yu Tong Mai decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects and adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate(97.22%) of the observation group was significantly higher than 77.78% of the control group(χ2=6.2222,P=0.0126<0.05).Conclusion:Qu Yu Tong Mai decoction in the treatment of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis can significantly improve the treatment effect,and it has no adverse reaction.It is safe and effective.
