血必净注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎20例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 20 cases of Xue Bi Jing injection in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎采取血必净注射液治疗的临床应用价值。方法:收治重症急性胰腺炎患者40例,随机分为研究组、对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础之上给予血必净注射液治疗,比较其临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各观察指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重症急性胰腺炎采取血必净注射液治疗,可以使患者相关症状得到显著好转,使治疗效果进一步提高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of Xue Bi Jing injection in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:40 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group were given the routine treatment,and the study group were given Xue Bi Jing injection treatment based on the above treatment,then we compared the clinical effect.Results:The total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observed indicators of the study group improved significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xue Bi Jing injection in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can make the symptoms are improved significantly.The treatment effect is further improved.
