老年冠心病患者的健康教育

Health education of elderly coronary heart disease patients

目的:总结老年冠心病患者的健康教育方法及临床效果。方法:收治老年冠心病患者220例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各110例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予冠心病防治知识的健康教育。结果:观察组疾病认知率96.4%,急救知识掌握率98.2%,均能严格按照医嘱执行110例(100%),患者满意度97.3%;对照组疾病认知率58.2%,急救知识掌握率56.4%,严格按照医嘱执行58例(52.7%),患者满意度72.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对老年冠心病患者的健康教育可以明显提高患者的疾病认知率、急救知识掌握率、遵医行为和患者满意度。

Objective:To summarize the health education method and clinical effect of elderly coronary heart disease patients. Methods:220 cases of elderly coronary heart disease patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given health education of coronary heart disease prevention and control knowledge.Results:In the observation group,the disease cognitive rate was 96.4%;the grasp rate of first aid knowledge was 98.2%;all patients can strict accordance with the doctor's advice execution;the satisfaction rate of patients was 97.3%.In the control group,the disease cognitive rate was 58.2%;the grasp rate of first aid knowledge was 56.4%;58 cases(52.7%) can strict accordance with the doctor's advice execution;the satisfaction rate of patients was 72.7% .The differences of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the health education on elderly coronary heart disease patients can significantly improve the disease cognitive rate,the grasp rate of first aid knowledge,treatment compliance and the satisfaction degree of patients.
