肠镜检查后并发化学性结肠炎的护理及预防

Nursing and prevention of concurrent chemical colitis after colonoscopy

目的:探讨肠镜检查后化学性结肠炎发生的原因、临床疗效和护理,以及今后工作中的预防方法。方法:对3例肠镜检查后化学性结肠炎患者,在常规治疗的基础上采用激素、抗生素等保留灌肠,对比肠镜下肠道黏膜变化情况。结果:3例化学性结肠炎患者症状均明显好转,改善肠镜清洗方法后至今未再出现新发化学性结肠炎患者。结论:化学性结肠炎采用综合性治疗后效果良好,严密观察病情变化,改善肠镜清洗方法是预防该病发生的关键。

Objective:To explore the occurring reasons of chemical colitis after enteroscheocele,and its clinical curative effect and nursing,in addations,its prevention methods in the future work.Methods:3 patients with chemical colitis after enteroscheocele were selected.They were given hormones,antibiotics and other retention enema based on the conventional treatment,then we compared the changes of intestinal mucosal under the endoscopic.Results:All of those 3 patients with chemical colitis symptoms were improved significantly,and their chemical colitis symptoms did not appeared again until now after taken improved colonoscopy cleaning method.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment on chemical colitis has good effect.The key to prevent the occurrence of disease is observing the changes of condition closely,and improve colonoscopy cleaning method.
